Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We strive to process your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, and we will notify once shipped, or are ready for collection.

Please Note: We are an online shop, all orders are shipped or collected from our pickup point. We do not keep stock as in a traditional retail store. Kindly place orders and payment via online. If you have any custom order or collections, please send us a message via the contact form.

Delivery:

We can deliver within the borders of South Africa.

Orders of the value at or above R 750 are FREE of charge, otherwise we add a standard economy rate at R 90, per order.

We aim to deliver your order is quickly as possible, generally expect between 2 to 5 days, depending on location and weight size of the order. 

Please note: Courier and shipping restrictions, exceptions or surcharges are part of our shipping/courier partners' services. In the event that your order may not be deliverable, or has been declined, delayed or negatively impacted their services to your designated address or location, we may need to cancel your order. We will contact you, make alternatives or refund the charges. Should you have any questions regarding the delivery charges, times, etc. please contact us at orders@venature.co.za.

 

Customer Collections:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:00 to 15:00 Monday through Friday, excluding Public/Gazetted Holidays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Please Note: Please present a copy of the order for collection, in paper or email/photo image will suffice. Orders can be collected at our pickup point below:

Courier Collections:

Orders for courier / driver collection can be picked up daily, from 9:00 to 15:00 Monday through Friday, excluding Public/Gazetted Holidays. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Couriers can collect from our pickup point at below:
